New Build

Almost watertight! UPVC windows currently being installed closely followed by roof tiling. Focus now turning to first fix mechanical and electrical services including underfloor heating to service the entire ground floors.

Marketing for these units will be available soon.

As contract administrators, KM Surveying are providing monthly valuation reports, certification and financial control to help the project run in a smooth and timely manner.

Building conversion to a private dwelling with barn style sliding doors covering the main front door. All made in Sapele hardwood.
