When lacking space in a home (and let’s be honest, British homes are all tiny!), sometimes we have to make the decision to organise it in a way that might be less than ideal.

This client needed a dining space included in her already small living room. When designing her house, I quickly realised I had no choice but to place this against the back wall. While not ideal, we decided to make the best of the situation and make it the focal point of the room.

Time for installations progress update!

The last couple of weeks have been hectic, stressful and exciting all at once, as we’ve been transforming my client’s new-built, blank slate home. Now, the decorators, electricians, joiners, tilers and other skilled workmen are finished and we’re busy furnishing.

While there are still a few holes in the walls and no art or other decor has been put up, the rooms are finally beginning to feel somewhat complete. It has been so exciting seeing all of this slowly come together!

What a lovely review from a past client of mine! ❤️

She reached out to me to ask for help regarding furnishing and decorating her newly purchased house. She wasn't looking for full interior design service and so we agreed on a 4-hour design consultation. Sometimes, that's all one needs to have a better idea of what to do with their home!
