My name is Julie Stone and i own a wee fabric shop in Newington Cotton and Chintz Curtain and Upholstery fabric Warehouse

I’m terrible for not sharing what we do but we do have have a wonderful fabric showroom on the corner of Salisbury Road /Newington Road junction. You may have seen us when passing by.

What we do:

We make to order curtains/blinds and all manner of soft furnishings

We can cover all your upholstery needs.

Lampshades/headboards/ bed valances etc all bespoke made.

We can supply and fit curtain poles and tracks.

We have a showroom full of amazing sample books from suppliers such as Designer Guild, Linwood, Abraham Moon, Sanderson to name but a few!

We also have a small stockroom in our basement full of tempting fabrics to go by the metre and many many fabric remnants for those handy with a sewing machine out there to whip up a cushion or two.

My reason for posting today is too let you know that we are going to be open on Saturday 19th July 10-2 to sell off at bargain prices some fantastic remnant pieces as we can’t move for them.

On top of that anything else not in the sale that you fancy will have 10% discount off the price (even any make up costs should you not be handy with the machine and need an item making).

Everything is made in house and we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship with 4 amazing seamstresses making sure that every item leaving the shop is of the highest standard.

We would love to invite you all to this event and grab a bargain or two.
