A day of volunteering at

What a fantastic day! I had the best little froggy helper who got lots of compliments 🥹 and the multicoloured scarf I was sporting was the first ever thing I knitted 20 years ago when my gran taught me to knit (and I finally wove the ends in the night before the festival 😂)

I managed to find the perfect yarn for my next project too!

And finished the day off with a some blossoms and a gorgeous double rainbow 🌈

What a wonderful day 🧶 thanks so much for having me!!

This wonderful little lady Enid was possible to knit thanks to my favourite knit designer, Claire Garland ! 🥰🧶

Her creations are so joyful and whimsical and I can't wait to make more (especially her Pooh bear and friends collection 🥹)

What a year it's been 👏

Enid had a wonderful day out at the Edinburgh Winter Market to say farewell to her first year 🎉

She had the biggest hot chocolate she's ever seen ☕️

We saw Edinburgh's landmarks from both the ground and 140ft in the air! 🎡

And to top it all off, she made friends with a bear who tried to take her away to hibernate 🐻 (we politely declined and assured we will see him next spring)

We hope you all have a wonderful 2026, full of love, comfort and abundance ❤️✨️

✨️ Ta da!! ✨️

I give you Jean Pierre, the hand-knitted frog who ran away to join the circus 🎪

🌈 Born pink, with multi-coloured limbs, he was always seen as a bit strange in his home pond, but the circus let him express his joy for fun and colour! 🌈

💕 He wants to find a family who loves these just as much, so he will be coming along to the with me on the 14th of December!

He looks forward to seeing you there! 🔮

Enid loved your suggestion , and she finally got to see some ladybugs! 🐞

She got a close up with this lovely red one, and even got to see a black one!

The butterflies were too fast for photos but it was exciting to see them flitting around 🦋

This was a lovely outing to Dean Cemetery here in Edinburgh, especially now that the leaves are changing for autumn 🍂
