The ceiling had collapsed after a leak from the flat above. Mould, damaged plasterboard, exposed joists — the kind of thing that looks worse every day you leave it.

We stripped it back, treated the mould, replaced the plasterboard, re-plastered the full ceiling, and fitted recessed lighting while we were in there. Clean, smooth, no trace it ever happened.

Took 3 days. Edinburgh flat, job done properly.

Wallpaper stripped, walls re-plastered with render mesh, cornicing picked out by
hand — a full redecoration in Trinity.

Full wallpaper removal and render mesh re-plastering throughout, followed by a
complete repaint — soft yellow walls set against crisp white cornicing, skirtings, and
staircase balustrade.

This is period plasterwork done properly: mesh-reinforced re-
plastering protects the original walls instead of just papering over cracks.
