What an incredible night at the Scottish Independent Retail Awards at the Hilton DoubleTree in Glasgow. We are absolutely thrilled to share that Houseproud of Morningside has won Hardware Store of the Year — for the third year in a row.

This achievement means the world to us. It reflects the loyalty of our wonderful local customers, the hard work and dedication of my excellent team, and the strength of our community here in Morningside.

I also want to offer sincere commiserations and heartfelt congratulations to Marchmont Hardware. Although they narrowly missed out on this category, they received a well‑deserved Outstanding Achievement Award, recognising their contribution to independent retail. A very worthy acknowledgement.
