storage upgrade completed for a customer in Haddington 🙌🔨

The customer needed more storage around their kitchen and utility room, so we added new wall units in the utility room, along with a tall base unit behind the utility door. As space was tight, we cut the unit down to suit the available depth perfectly.

We sourced materials to closely match the customer’s existing kitchen colours, helping everything blend in nicely with what was already there. 👌

We also added some quick and budget-friendly MDF shelving in the under-stairs cupboard, making much better use of the space.

A few simple additions = loads more practical storage! 🏡🛠️

Another nice job ticked off by BSP Flooring 👍

This one’s a great example of how you can completely freshen up tired old flooring.

We stripped everything back, removing old vinyl tiles and bathroom tiles, then got the whole area prepped and secured properly. Laid 6mm plywood for a solid base and installed this dark oak click LVT on top 👌

All doors were trimmed to suit the new floor height and the skirtings put back on for a clean finish.

Simple upgrade, big difference.

🚿💧 From Leak to Luxe – A Smart Flooring Solution! 💧🚿

When our customer got in touch after a washing machine leak damaged their flooring, they were understandably worried about the cost of a full replacement.

Instead of replacing everything, we suggested a smarter, budget-friendly solution 💡

✨ The Transformation:

🪵 Living area: Retained the existing flooring
🧱 Kitchen area: Installed Woodpecker SPC tile-effect flooring – fully waterproof and perfect for handling future spills and splashes

The result? 👇
✔️ A practical, durable kitchen zone
✔️ A visually striking two-area design
✔️ A happy customer who saved money without compromising on style

Sometimes the best solutions aren’t the most expensive—they’re the most creative 🙌

Another transformation completed by Bsp Flooring 💪

Recent job carried out in a guest apartment in Edinburgh city centre. The subfloor was a riot to begin with — loose and uneven boards throughout. We secured everything properly, fixed all problem areas, and fully ply-lined the floor to create a solid, level base.

Finished off with beautiful oak-style WPC flooring and matching door bars for that clean, seamless look 👌

From subfloor prep to final finish — done right the first time.

Another completed flooring job in Edinburgh 👌

For this project, we over-boarded the existing subfloor with 9mm plywood to ensure a smooth, solid base before installing Luvanto Natural Oak flooring. Preparation is key to getting that perfect finish and long-lasting result.

The floor was finished off with clean white scotia beading, which really frames the room beautifully and ties everything together.

The Natural Oak has completely brightened up the living room space — adding warmth, light, and a modern feel while still keeping that classic wood look.

Delighted with how this one turned out!
