A beautiful blend of old and new in the heart of Holt, Norfolk.

This project saw the construction of a brand new church hall carefully connected to the historic church through a striking glazed walkway, creating a seamless transition between traditional architecture and modern design.

The bronze framing was chosen deliberately to complement the natural tones of the Norfolk stonework and existing architectural details, helping the new extension sit comfortably alongside the original building rather than compete with it.

Large glazed elevations flood the interior spaces with natural light while still respecting the character and heritage of the site. The curved roofline and expansive glazing create a contemporary feel, whilst the warm framework tones pull through the colours of the flint, stone and traditional hardware beautifully.
