81 starburst granny squares waiting to be joined together

This is my first time working with this fabulous yarn from Knitpicks. It’s beautiful to work with and the different colours blend so well with flecks of tweed
It’s 80% super soft Peruvian wool with 20% tweed

My scrappy blanket now measures 175cm so only 25cm to go 💪
Desperately hoping to get this finished before the summer as it will be far to heavy to work on but I know I’ll get distracted by the new yarn I’ve ordered 🧶

My scrappy blanket is now 2/3rds finished - only 60cm more …
I’ve been working on this for over 4 years. On and off between commissions using the odds and ends left over
It’s an absolute yarn eater and will be massive when finished at 200cm x 200cm !!

Made using 100% cotton Aran weight yarn in crimson, cream and a light navy colour way to give an antique feel to the design

I’m loving the shades of green although the puff stitches are fiddly f….s
Green isn’t my usual go-to colour but was inspired by my fellow ho**er Sarah who made me get this yarn because I don’t have enough in my stash 🧶🧶🧶
