Italy Week – Pizza Night 🇮🇹🍕

We started with silky homemade pizza sauce.

Then fresh dough mixed and kneaded in minutes.

A little proving time…

Then everyone became their own pizzaiolo.

Three different pizzas, one happy family, and a kitchen smelling like a little trattoria in Italy.

Sometimes the simplest meals become the ones everyone remembers.

Italy “Week” continues… 🍝

Tonight’s dinner was Creamy Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta, all made in the Thermomix in just 30 minutes.

Creamy, comforting and packed with flavour. Topped with fresh basil and Parmesan… because why not? 😍

🎄 I wish it could be Christmas every day… oh wait, it is! 🎁☕

Two days ago I was publicly recognised for being Top Team Leader in June and for achieving the biggest team growth, along with some gorgeous NEOM goodies. 💚
And today… this beautiful Nespresso coffee machine arrived! ☕✨

The timing couldn’t have been better as my daughter has just “woken up” from her sleepover and she and her friend are very excited to get it set up.

A huge shout-out to one of my amazing team members too, who has also just been recognised by earning herself a FREE Thermomix! 🎉 Watching my team achieve their goals is genuinely the best part of this journey, and I couldn’t be prouder of her and all of them.

I feel so grateful to be part of a company that celebrates success at every level. Here’s to many more milestones, celebrations… and great coffee! 💚☕✨
