Another one of mine. This necklace marries the very rare sugilite with moonstones and sterling silver, and features a sugilite cabochon in a handmade setting as a centrepiece. Sugilite is found in just one mine (South Africa) and its colour varies from rich purple to nearly black. There are also a couple of nuggets of natural sapphire in this lovely piece. Why not try it on at Alphington Village Hall on the 2nd or 3rd November?
