We’ve been serving up kitchens for 10 years. Before that, it was breakfast. 🍳😉

Recognise this place? Before it became Exeter Kitchen Store, our showroom was home to the Matford Diner.

As we celebrate 10 years of EKS, we’re looking back at where it all began. A lot has changed since these photos were taken!

A huge thank you to our customers, team and everyone who has supported us over the past decade. You’ve helped make EKS what it is today.

Did you ever visit the Matford Diner? We’d love to hear your memories. 👇

From renovation chaos to their dream kitchen 💙

When Sam and Lucy received the keys to their South Devon home, they got straight to work, knocking down walls, ripping up floors and transforming every corner.

Working with designer Jack, they chose Belsay Woodgrain cabinetry in Indigo, paired with a fresh Porcelain utility room. A generous island creates the perfect place for morning coffees, casual dinners and drinks with friends, while NEFF ovens, a CDA hob and a beautifully lit larder complete the kitchen.

The utility works just as hard, with clever cupboards concealing the ironing board, vacuum and boiler, plus integrated sockets, generous worktops and practical storage.

Proof that even the most functional spaces can look this good.
