Important PSA (Pennant Service Announcement):

It’s with a heavy heart that I can announce I will be leaving Pennant next month. It’s not been an easy decision for me but I feel that the time has come for me to move on and embark on less pulpy endeavours! I’ve had the most enjoyable, educational, enthralling past 18 months - from the construction of our studio right through to our recent Christmas market, chatting to people about the path we had plotted so far. I’ve met so many amazing people through this little venture and for that I’m so grateful!

Ollie will be continuing to make our beautiful paper, and I have all faith in him that he’ll fulfil all of your paper needs. You may still see me on here writing the odd caption or poking my head into shot, but for now it’s goodbye.

Here we are, 2022. A brand new year. A vast expanse of life unwritten is laid out in front of us; new experiences, new opportunities, new people, new paper!

We hope you’ve all had an amazing and enriching Christmas and new year, hopefully you were able to spend the time with those you love and maybe woke up to one or two nice presents in your stockings… Those people that were kind enough to gift some of our paper to their loved ones, let us know if it was well received!

We’re sorry for being absent on social media for the past month or so. We’ve missed you all terribly, however it’s been a much welcomed break and we’ve enjoyed time away from the bustling world of Facebook and Instagram (sorry, meta).

But time and pulp wait for no man, and we’re ready to get stuck into new projects and new paper. We’ll soon be showing you more of what we have planned for Pennant in 2022, we hope you’re as excited as we are!

We had an amazing time at Christmas market last weekend, it was a great to chat to so many of you about the things that we’re passionate about. We had some great conversations about sustainability and local practice, it really is fantastic to see that our vision and ethos are shared by so many others.

We shared the space with loads of other talented makers including;

(apologies for those we’ve missed, didn’t catch everyone’s Instagram). Please give them all a look if you’re searching for any last minute Christmas presents…

Thanks to all who came down, we’ll keep you posted as to our next outing!

We’re going to be taking part in a Christmas market hosted by the lovely people of this coming Saturday!

Get yourself down there if you’d like to get a look at our paper in person, we’ll have plenty of new bits that are yet to make it to the website. We’ll be there alongside many other brilliant local makers and small businesses, make sure you don’t miss out.

A rare chance to do some Christmas shopping with a pint in hand. There’s even some live music later on in the evening. No brainer… see you there!

Tonight is bonfire night, a time to play with fireworks and celebrate Guy Fawkes being a naughty boy a few years ago. I’m sure many of you will be celebrating tonight, and our paper works well as kindling if you’re looking for a really costly way to get your fire going! ❤️‍🔥

🚨 GIVEAWAY 🚨

It’s Halloween weekend, and in celebration of carving rude things into pumpkins and questionable costume choices, we’ve decided to throw an impromptu giveaway.

The winner will receive a pack of our coveted A4 paper, all wrapped up in freshly designed recycled packaging (sadly not Halloween themed).

The makings of some new packaging strips.

We’re always looking for ways to improve, to streamline our process or to enhance our designs. This altered design for our packaging strips is one that will be appearing around packs soon, a new take that allows us to rinse our stamps even more!

Website pending…

Soon you’ll be able to purchase your paper without having to speak to either of us! What a treat.

We’re putting the final touches on our fresh out the box website to make sure it’s absolutely perfect.

We should be up and running in the next few days so keep those peepers peeled.
