We had the absolute pleasure to help renovate this quaint 18th Century Cottage in Lymington. That is now a luxury Airbnb 🤩

In the master bedroom we handmade the pelmet and added a bauble trim edge with a matching roman blind and piped cushions. The pelmet had to be designed with a slight curve at the top edge due to the ceiling not being straight. All part of our bespoke service 🤩

In the bathroom this cute little sea themed neutral pelmet and roman blind in fabric by brought a modern nautical vibe.

Lounge we made a piped seat cushion with matching scatter cushions for an under stairs reading area. Double pleat floor length curtain to cover front door. Matching pelmets with bauble trim and matching piped cushion for arm chair.

As always we added our integral returns to the ends of the blinds to give a bespoke finish.

On the table this week is this gorgeous fabric by

The client wanted the green flower to be the prominent feature so we had to play around with layouts to achieve this.

The flower couldn’t be centralised as the embroidered stems would be out of balance. We also had to make sure the folds were not falling on the embroidered flowers due to their thickness as this would make the fabric uneven.

The blind is then hand stitched and interlined so no stitching lines are visible on the front.

The attention to detail is what goes into making a bespoke roman blind which you will not get from a shop bought made to measure product.

We are so pleased with the results and can’t wait to see them up.
