Completely unrelated to flowers but as some of you know I took a sneaky holiday at the end of last month - I know, it has not gone down well with some!
Anyway, my biggest issue about having a trip away is not the shop - that will be there when I come back - but what to do with my Conure (a shouty, attention seeking, nippy, kissy mini parrot). That's how a lot of researching lead me to Parrot Hotel.
If you have a feathered friend of your own, I cannot recommend Lenka and Darren highly enough. From helping me get my boy's health tests down to 25% of the cost I was quoted by the vet, to the care they gave him whilst he stayed there, nothing was too much trouble. I had regular photo and video updates, and to be honest, I really don't think my little monster wanted to leave. He was genuinely living his best life with them.
Based just outside Salisbury, so not really local to us, but well worth the drive to know your bird is safe, cared for and in the best hands.
The photo's of my monster are just some of the ones taken whilst he was on holiday with them - he never lets me take his photo!
