A fantastic yoga flow led by Rahul, followed by a relaxing yoga nidra with Sarah, finished by a restorative sound bath to close the afternoon, led by Christine. Osme Candles was invited along and the candles were much in demand. Mediterranean Sunset, Cedarwood and Lavender the three top sellers. Thanks again.
