This poem, from a precious mate of mine, made me well up today…I am blessed 💕

Bev from Botany House, queen of dusty gold,
Selling quirky antiques and stories twice told.
With a laugh like a kettle and hugs built for war,
You pop in for a browse — stay chatting till four.

We started as work mates, surviving the grind,
Dodging odd customers slightly out their mind.
Now through thick and thin, and every life bend,
You’re less “shop keeper” — more chaos best friend.

She’s bubbly and funny, a proper rare find,
Half antique dealer, half therapist combined.
If friendship had price tags, hers would say this:
“Priceless… with free hugs and a side of pure bliss.”
