We are best known for our personalised map location gifts, inviting you to choose the map location from anywhere in the world to make your gift as unique as the person it's for. The Bombus story starts in 2003 with Amelia Coward making gifts to sell on her kitchen table. We are now a team of 12 still making everything by hand to order especially for you but now we work from our converted Oast house studio in rural Kent. We use quality materials, local suppliers and old-fashioned, low-impact production techniques. We are best known for our personalised map location gifts, inviting you to choose the map location from anywhere in the world. And we really do mean anywhere. We have more than 15,000 vintage maps in our own collection so we're bound to have the one you're after. Bombus – it’s Latin for bumblebee and is simply reminiscent of how busy we are.

Sometimes all the happy couple want is that special trip away.

If what they are really excited about is their first trip away as a married pair, then our favourite thing to gift at weddings is our Map Travel Notebook.

We're adamant that our map heart card is more a gift than a card. Which is why we've recently added the option to purchase a frame for it when you check out.
Choose their wedding venue location, or again, opt for a map of where they're heading for their honeymoon. Once they've retrieved their cash from the card they can pop it in the frame and keep it forever as a reminder of where they've been.
