Another huge porcelain floor completed on the Crown Estate, Oxshott, Surrey! 👌

Just completed 104m² of large-format porcelain floor tiling, using these absolutely huge 1,200mm x 1,200mm tiles!

A lot of preparation went into this project, including crack isolation matting and screeding over two days before we even started laying the tiles.

The hallway alone measured 33m², almost half the size of the adjoining kitchen and dining area at 71m². With a border running all the way around the perimeter, there were plenty of intricate cuts to get right, making this a particularly time-consuming installation.

Really pleased with how this one has turned out! The clean lines and huge tiles have made a fantastic difference to the space.

We still have a further 20m² to complete in the dining area. Unfortunately, the customer ran short of tiles after deciding to change the original black border behind the LED lighting to a continuation of the white tiles. The additional tiles are expected to arrive in around a month’s time, when we’ll be back to finish the job.

Another fantastic project, and one we’re really proud to have been involved in! 👌

🏡 Completed Project | Farnham

I completed this floor back in November last year, and the customer has just sent me over a photo now that the kitchen is fully installed and everything is complete.

It’s always lovely when customers get back in touch to share the finished result. It really shows how much a floor comes to life once the kitchen and all the finishing touches are in place! 👌

Really happy with how this one has turned out.

Stage One Complete – Luxury Mansion Floor on the Crown Estate, Oxshott ✨

The first stage of this incredible 130m² mansion floor is now complete, with 33m² of hallway tiled using these stunning 1,200 x 1,200mm large-format porcelain tiles.

Last week, we spent two days installing anti-fracture matting across the entire 130m² floor, ensuring the preparation was right before tiling began.

Over the last four days, we’ve been installing these beautiful tiles in the hallway, complete with a bespoke perimeter border designed to incorporate LED strip lighting. The LED lighting is yet to be installed, but we’re really pleased with how it’s coming together!

Next up, we’ll be moving into the remaining 90m² kitchen and dining area on Monday to continue transforming this stunning property on the Crown Estate in Oxshott.

Another example of our specialist large-format porcelain floor tiling, delivering precision and attention to detail on high-end residential projects.

Just returned to a job I completed a couple of months ago to carry out a bit of extra work.

It’s always great coming back to see the finished space, especially now the kitchen has been fully installed. Really brings the whole floor together! 👌

🚨 JUST STARTED 🚨

Just started this 130m² floor on the Crown Estate in Oxshott — and this is going to be a BIG one! 🔥

It’s a two-and-a-half-week job, with today and tomorrow being all about getting the floor properly prepared. I’ll be anti-fracture matting, latex screeding and preparing everything ready for the tiling to come.

And what’s coming is going to look seriously impressive… 👀

⬛ 1,200mm x 1,200mm porcelain tiles
⬛ LED strip border through the hallway
⬛ Black border surrounding the outside
⬛ 1,200mm x 1,200mm tiles continuing through the centre

This is going to look incredible once it’s complete.

Stay tuned for plenty more updates over the next couple of weeks! 👌🔥

AFTER ➡️ BEFORE | Bathroom transformation in Basingstoke 🛁

Really pleased with how this bathroom has turned out.

We completed 20m² of wall tiling and 4m² of floor tiling, with anti-fracture matting installed to the floor before tiling.

The finishing touches included stainless steel wall trims, mitred neatly around the window, and the whole installation was grouted using BAL Micromax 3 – Natural Light.

A great transformation from the original bathroom — swipe through to see the before photos.

Just completed this kitchen floor in Fleet 👌

A slightly smaller project for us this time at 9m², but we take on all sizes of flooring projects.

The existing floor had to be completely uplifted, as the previous tiles had cracked due to poor preparation. The tiles had been installed directly onto the existing plywood overlay, which wasn’t suitable for the installation.

After removing the old tiles and thoroughly cleaning up the existing 9mm plywood, we installed 6mm HardieBacker board, securely screwed down over the plywood to provide a suitable, stable substrate.

We then installed these lovely 600 x 600mm porcelain tiles, finished with BAL Micromax 3 Natural Light grout.

Really pleased with how this one has turned out — another floor completed properly from the preparation right through to the finished tiles. 👌

A few reviews from some of the larger projects we’ve completed over the last few weeks.

These include two 62m² floors and one 75m² floor, all finished in large-format porcelain. Really happy with how all three projects turned out, and even better to know the customers are just as pleased with the finished results.

We really appreciate every review and the time our customers take to leave them — it makes a huge difference to a small business.

If you’re looking to have a large floor tiled, please get in touch.
