🙏 You have to "copy" your plans on a sheet of paper. Write them down at least one-two hours before bed

⭐️ Go to bed 30 min earlier with an good book in hand

⭐️Be grateful
🙏 spend a couple of minutes every night to write down 3-5 things you're grateful for

⭐️ INHALE EXHALE
🙏Inhale for a count of four, hold for seven counts, and then blow out for eight counts, do this at least five times

⭐️Maintain a Consistent Sleep Schedule

and Do Y O G A
Don't expect perfection. Just do it whenever and whatever you can.
