We're hiring
With our plans for 2026 in full swing, we are now looking for a passionate customer services team member. To act as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued at every stage
You will thrive in this position if you're:
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service to repeat customers
• Confident with email and telephone calls to suppliers and clients
• Calm, organised, and an excellent communicator
• Obsessed with interiors, homeware & lifestyle brands
• 1–3 years’ experience
• Looking to progress in a fast-growing design brand
The role is part-time and Studio-based with a maximum of 28 hours per week. There is flexibility in how the final hours are spread, dependent for the successful candidate.
