Kye’s latest painting is of a red legged partridge that wandered into our front garden a few weeks ago. We’ve seen it, and it’s mate, several times since. It has the most beautiful details and colours.
We hope you like it.

Another local one for you today - Bembridge Windmill. Kye decided to keep this one simple, I did try and persuade him to add some more detail, like the fence, but he was adamant!
He definitely knows when a painting is finished and I love the calmness of this one, what do you think?

So, here’s another completely new thing for Kye! This is Appley Tower near Puckpool on the Isle of Wight (or the shell castle as I grew up knowing it).
This is the first time Kye has tried a building and he’s smashed it. He worked so hard on all the individual stones and the green tones of the trees. He’s really pleased with it and we are super proud of his progress.

A new tropical one for this grey day (is it ever going to stop raining?)
A beautiful kookaburra that Kye photographed at a zoo in Anglesey last year. We sat and watched it for ages, I did not expect them to be so big. Also, Kye has been working on his kookaburra call every time he’s sat down to paint some more. I’m glad he’s finished this one 😂

A bit of detective work is needed if anyone can help. These two paintings were sold at Kye’s recent Hospice exhibition but the buyers didn’t leave any contact details….. does this jog anyone’s memory? Was it you? I’d love to get in touch as it would mean another £40 for the charity. Many thanks. 🤩
