A 4 bed luxury new build bungalow we have just completed in using Karndean UK & Ireland Van Gogh tiles from Somerset Flooring Supplies

Our customer was expecting door bars in each doorway as the drop from the tiles was around 20mm. Instead we levelled the areas and tapered the fall from the doorway into the room. Resulting in a seamless transition.

We always go the extra mile for our customers even when they don’t request it. ❤️

❤️ We go the extra mile for our elderly customers ❤️

When we fit a new carpet, we believe looking after our customers is just as important as fitting the carpet itself.

For our elderly customers, we don’t charge extra to carefully move their furniture out of the room and put everything back once the carpet is fitted. 🪑

And we don’t just leave them to figure everything else out either.

📺 We’ll reconnect their TV and all the wiring
🌐 We’ll reconnect their Virgin Media internet and equipment
🔌 We’ll make sure everything is back where it was and working as it should be

We understand that what might seem like a simple job to some can be a big and stressful task for an elderly customer.

While all other local companies charge extra for furniture removal and putting things back. We don’t believe our elderly customers should have that worry or expense.

Another frustrating job for a client who had a ‘Rouge floor layer’ install this LVT. What originally was booked for a repair as the planks were lifting turned into a complete rip out!

The rookies failed to:

Ply the area with flooring grade ply ❌
Prime the area before screeding ❌
Use the appropriate compound to go over wood ❌

This week we teamed back up with to create this bespoke design floor. planks set at a 45 degree angle with a mitred boarder and black feature strip. A truly stunning floor that’l be the talk of anyone that comes round. 💪
