This big 6 column is now in our stock after we reclaimed it from the Church of the Holy Trinity in Chantry. They’re off for drinks tonight, and serving tea and scones all day tomorrow – everyone welcome.

Somerset to the Thames. A barge originally built in 1937 for commercial use is being transformed into a stunning home - check out the gorgeous living space its owners have created in the second pic. We don’t usually have to factor in tide times with deliveries 🤣but the lucky 6 column, c1930 itself, is now all onboard for its new life! It is going to be a proper feature in the guest cabin, at the foot of the bed. We can’t wait to see pictures of it when it’s installed! What an

Floorboard, radiator & window appreciation yesterday. This is such a thoughtful & sympathetic renovation of an old farmhouse. Best thing - the radiators look like they have always been there (they haven’t).

Classic. 36” Tall Beeston 4 column, looking very smart. Swipe to see it on the day it was selected for refurbishment. To make them look this good & work this well (so warm!) needs a thorough process….We take off all the old fittings, flush out so it’s spotless inside, plumb in new fittings adapting to modern pipe work, pressure test, blast to remove rust & flaking paint, prime, pressure test again & finally topcoat …in this case a classic black eggshell finish.
