Next Generation Rooflights was proud to contribute to this landmark scheme through the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke roof glazing systems.
The Urban Nature Project reimagines the Natural History Museumโs five-acre gardens, transforming an underused asset into a vibrant urban oasis. The landscape has been reshaped into a living laboratory in the heart of Londonโs museum district. Bringing together geology, horticulture, palaeontology, interpretation, and architecture, the project re-engages people with the natural world on their doorstep.
Describing the project, London Jury Chair Julia Roberts said:
โDelivered through exemplary collaboration between the architects, the client, and the wider team, it elevates the museumโs external grounds from backdrop to living exhibition.โ
Congratulations to the full project team on this outstanding achievement ๐
