Here at Gainsborough Carpets we would like to wish everybody a happy New Year and thank all of our customers for what was a very busy period on the run up to Christmas.

Now that everything is up and running again, we have restocked on some tremendous deals, including some very thick saxony carpets at a steal, priced at only £14.99sqy.

As usual, we are still selling our carpet and vinyl remnants, with an eclectic range of vinyls to order from our many sample books.

An excellent job performed by one of our fitters to the staircase of this communal flat. Our commercial grade Tekna LVS with stair nosings fitted to each step, we think he's done fantastic work here and that the finish is perfect.

From start to finish on an LVT job we have recently installed.

We started by ripping out the current laminate flooring that was already in place at the property, then applied a primer to the subfloor, followed by some of our Mapei Latexplan self levelling compound. After leaving this to cure and dry fully for 24 hours we then returned to the property to install some TLC Massimo 5268 Hickory plank LVT.

We hope the customer is as happy with the finished product as we are!

What a finish to this Herringbone LVT job performed by one of our fitters recently! Fitted in the Woodlands LVT Collection colour 6001 Dalby throughout the downstairs of this property. Intricately cutting and placing these luxury vinyl tiles in this pattern after a prime and screed throughout, we feel the finish looks indicative of the hard work and eye for detail shown by our fitter here! As always we hope the customer is very happy with the works performed.

From start to finish! We recently did a job for a customer in their garage, which due to having cars stored on it required a fibre reinforced self levelling compound. We started by applying Ardex K40 HB screed, allowing the time for the screed to cure, then started to apply the customers choice of carpet tiles in the pattern that they had requested. We hope that the customer is very happy as we think it looks incredible!
