UPDATE -
A personal one .. 🕊️

Here goes..

People have noticed that I’ve not been in store much this year… and now I’m back, I’ve made light of why I wasn’t here when asked .. taking it easy and such like.

But the real reason is my dad has left us.💔

He is my best mate and him leaving us leaves an almighty unprecedented hole in our lives.

That hollow, empty feeling - of just being utterly lost.
Someone said to me it’s like that feeling of being really hungry - that physical feeling in your tummy of starvation , and my word- that’s how it feels.

You may have seen my dad , aka Wayne ,Wazza , work dad - in store, working on our vans, and delivering our flowers.

I’m beyond lucky to have him as my dad who loved me and those boys like he did.

When people say people can “go” really quickly. Please don’t ever underestimate how quick.
It was a matter of days where dad was totally dad, in all ways - to not being dad , and then leaving us.

So as my coping ( not coping ) mechanisms go, on the outside I paint on my face, try keep my head up for them boys, and carry on. So instead of telling people in passing when they say “we haven’t seen you in a while”
I’m popping it on here.

Another reason I’m writing this is to express my sincere gratitude to the team I am very very fortunate to have.

They have been superb , they’ve been a huge support to me , and have gone above and beyond to keep the business running without me.

My team are unreal - and I’ll never forget what they have done for me and my family. 🥹♥️
