No sooner have I just arrived home, than I get a message to say the dining table I've just dressed has SOLD!
I'd better get busy finding a new one!

What a dreary day!! So, what better than a visit to Penny, Dan & the gang up at for a restock

I've sourced some fabulous tureens, large soup tureen with china ladle, cushions, travel blankets, dinnerware, a divine teapot, fish plate and so much more

It's a beautiful set, and each plate represents a different French cheese-making region.

Good morning everyone.
Following a very successful house visit over the weekend, I am busy pricing lot sof new items which will make their way up to over the next couple of months.

Amongst the items bought was a HUGE bundle of antique & Vintage table linens. They are just wonderful.

A gorgeous parlour chair.

Dating from c.1870, this chair has a rich mahogany frame (show frame) with a beautiful decorative carving at the top and to the shoulders of the front legs.

The chair has been professionally re-upholstered to a very high standard and has sprung seat with a serpentine front and an upholstered button back.

Cabriole legs at the front and rounded legs at the back (the chair does not have its original ceramic castors (price reflects). Matching cushion.

This really is a stunning chair and would make a wonderful addition to your home

Casual & colourful suppers

Although it's a lovely sunny day today, as August comes to an end, I decided to re-set the dining table on my pitch (Dealer 198)

With blue & white plates and bowls, an xl fruits serving bowl, the most exquisite jade green embroidered tablecloth and jugs galore (from country white to hand painted fruits).

Such a lovely feel to this setting. Sat with friends enjoying a lovely lunch or supper.

Today's "Friday Faff" was lovely. The aircon is still broken in my car, but let's gloss over that.

I took some lovely new bits up to where Barry and Penny were steering the ship today.

I had a little move around and added some fabulous red chunky painted candlesticks, some (very heavy) metal palm tree candlesticks, a divine painted apprentice settee (ideal for vintage teddies), and an upcycled plant stand.

is looking fantastic with so many quality pieces.

Friday Faff was the hottest faffing on record!!

An early trip up to ASTRA ANTIQUES CENTRE for my weekly Friday Faff and jiggle (although my jiggling enthusiasm was sub par!)

I dropped off some lovely pastel glass pieces and this gorgeous handpainted 1920s cake stand.

Before joining as a seller last month, I have always loved visiting the centre. Such a vast selection of sellers and items, a great team to welcome you, and fair pricing throughout

If you haven't visited before, or for a while, it's just 20 minutes from Lincoln/35 from Newark.

It's not complicated, and it's not fancy. It's just me lugging my new stock in my non air-conditioned car (broken air-conditioning 🥵) to the glorious place that is each Friday.
