It's taken a few attempts but I think I've now developed a stable vanilla sponge recipe that will form the foundation of my celebration cakes.

With this one, I've taken the humble Victoria Sponge Cake to the next level. Sponge layers filled with a combination of fresh Strawberries, Strawberry Compote and Chantilly Cream 🍓

Just a reminder that we are having a plant sale this weekend. Plants will be available from 11:00am this morning at The Honesty Box.
All plants are individually labelled and price marked.
Cash sales only, paid into the Honesty Box Cash Box, no change available.

All plants have been fed and are ready for planting on. If you don't have much space available, then I'd recommend our Mini Tomato 🍅, Ponchi Fa Red, suitable for windowsill growing.
Also our lunch box sweet peppers 🫑or Mini Munch Cucumber 🥒.
