"My work is born directly from the clay. I am guided by the landscape as it transforms under nature’s forces, tectonic shifts, ocean currents, weathering patterns, and the relentless passage of time and tides. Embodying minimalism, I work exclusively with parian porcelain for its exquisite fineness and purity, pairing this piece with a contrasting slate base. I invite tactile interaction; while the flat surfaces are polished to a mirror-surpassing silkiness, the textures offer a surprisingly warm smoothness unique to vitrified parian"
