Music always finds a way of reaching my soul. Tonight I meditated at the Buddhist temple in Hebburn , had a very beautiful evening. I lightened the load and nourished my mind.

If you have ever felt like you are carrying a million rocks on your shoulders , know you are not alone, you can put them down one by one or you can ask for help from someone else to lighten the load.

Letting go can be hard but rock by rock you can set your mind free.

Your healing is in your own hands. What can you let go of today?

We had a beautiful start to our day today with Fran Jean Elizabeth from Flames Of Intent guiding us in our spirit animal shamanic meditation at the Hive Coffee Company for our Monthly wellbeing hub.

These sessions differ each month with our various teachers bringing different styles of practice.

Next month you can experience Yoga Nidra with a focus on exploring the seasons within you.

And just like that I've had my treatment room now in my home space for 2 years!

I'm no longer the gypsy carrying my massage table , crystals and gongs which I did for the first 6 years!

I'm grounded in my little piece of zen.

I remember when I first moved into our home the room was painted blue , it sort of felt cold and although blue is one of my colours for my business I didn't quite want every wall blue, I wanted earthy vibes with angel feathers.

Thanks to a few little helpers , I got the wallpaper on, the planter inside , the joinery of the chair/shelves with a gorgeous handmade cushion for new clients to take a seat at when they first arrive.

Knowing me there will be more change , even as a child I loved moving things around and changing it up which I swear is an energetic shift moment always so what with 2026/2027 being in the Aroha Healing treatment room.
