For the past four years, this girl has been my major help in my small Feltmaking business.

She takes photos, reels, she maintains my camera equipment, she checks my marketing materials, she is with me delivering my felting experience a few times a year, she packs silk orders and we discuss new ideas together.

She is my 18 years old daughter who set on a journey learning film production in our local university while continuing working with me. She has an extensive portfolio of films and her film was chosen for our local film festival last year. My darling girl finished her final school exams this week, secured job as a sound engineer assistant during this summer, secured a film opportunity for a London based charity supporting young people and will help me to continue running my business and especially preparing for Eden Wool Gathering. Yes I am very proud of this young woman.

When after making two scarves, the third does not go according the plan. That is why I love feltmaking, as anything can be fixed. It is even better now. Still pink and this one will be dyed tomorrow.
