DESIGN PROPOSAL : PARK TERRACE

We are giving this existing extension at Park Terrace a facelift! Whilst the existing home has beautiful architectural features, access to the existing extension is through a dark dining room, making it feel disjointed from the rest of the house.

Our proposal, revises the internal layout so the kitchen becomes the heart of the home and takes advantage of the beautiful bay window by turning it into a breakfast nook. The dingy dining room turns functional by accommodating a utility room and a shower room and the dining and living space, now located in the existing extension, connect with the garden by the addition of large doors.

DESIGN PROPOSAL : LAGGAN ROAD

We are removing an old conservatory, renovating an existing extension and adding a new extension using materials and shapes that compliment the existing architecture of this characterful home.

A beautiful garden room and functional kitchen will be able to be used by the clients that maximise the views out to the garden and flow better with the existing space.

We can't wait for this project to progress to the next stage.

Building Warrant APPROVED for our First Avenue project in Netherlee.

We love how this single-storey rear extension is shaping up. By introducing large, windows and glazed doors across the rear, we're opening up the back of this traditional home to flood the new living space with natural light.

We can't wait to see the physical work begin on this one!
