I'm Anna, owner and creator of Sew Betty’s Daughter. Where it all started…….well, my love of sewing, knitting and other crafts I owe to my mum Betty. She was a very talented lady and she was always sewing, knitting (or anything else involving fabric, thread or wool) so it is only natural that this has rubbed off on me and my sister. Mum always had many projects on the go, which seems to be the fam
ily trait. So it only seems right that I’ve named my new venture in honor of my mum, and I’m sure she would approve. I’m a very proud stay at home mum to my 3 amazing children. I have my fantastic, patient and supportive husband, John, (who is also my business partner in other ventures). And I look after my "furbabies ", Eve the German Shepherd, and Oreo the guinea pig. Being a stay at home mum has made me feel that I now need to do something for me, and that’s where Sew Betty’s Daughter has came from. It gives me the opportunity to use the skills that I have learned from my mum and over the years to make pretty, beautiful and practical items.
