📣 Sad Post 📣
It is with great sadness that I let you all know the shop in Hillington will be closing. Its took me weeks to even type that tbh. However, this is not a goodbye.
3 years it has been since i opened the doors, and what an amazing time. During that time there have been so many highs and lows, its been emotional. Lots of you have been with me from the beginning when i started out 7 years ago from my kitchen in Penilee, then moving into my 1st wee shop in Paisley.
The overheads that come with running the shop are just too much for me as a business and as a single person to cope with. My business will be scaled back, go online for a while…I ‘plan’ on having a workshop at home so that I will still be making all yours favs and bringing all the smells to your home for winter, christmas etc for years to come.
I also ‘plan’ to bring back local deliveries on set days where you guys can order and have your goodies delivered within the week, this used to work so well.
I also ‘plan’ (all these grand plans 😂) be back to doing markets & fayres so that you can always come see me and have a sniff. I am hoping to get a stall in one of the big centres for over the xmas period, so stay tuned for that.
So I ‘think’ i will be in the shop until the end of August, and i beg you all to still come in and see me, cry with me, gimme a cuddle…I will miss the bants, the chats, the coffees….but I honestly think this is best for the business & me to go back to basics and then potentially look for another workshop in the new year.
As you all know my personal life has taken a bit of beating in the last year or so and I genuinely believe that giving the shop up and having some more time at home for myself and my girls will do me & my mind the world of good, and make me find my creative passion again.
So…like I said this is not a good bye, but more of a bare with me….massive changes ahead.
The shop is looking empty as I scale things back and you will all be able to pick up a bargain as I reduce stock to get rid.
I love you all, will miss you all, but please stick with me ❤️
