Blackrock Construction is delighted to have been appointed to project manage and carry out the strip out and creation of the new Banking Hub in the historic town of Linlithgow.
This workstream an exciting national initiative designed to improve access
to everyday banking services on the high street and this award follows on from our successful completion of projects in Banff & Alexandria last year.
A Banking Hub is a shared space that brings together multiple financial
institutions under one roof. Operated by the Post Office, each hub
provides counter services where customers of all major banks and
building societies can carry out routine transactions, five days a week.
In addition, hubs feature a Community Banker serviceβa rotating
schedule of in-person support from different banks. This allows
customers to speak directly with their own bank about more complex
matters such as mortgages, loans, or financial planning. Community
Bankers are typically selected based on the largest local customer base.
This initiative offers Blackrock an excellent opportunity to showcase our
expertise in project management and our proven track record in
delivering high-quality retail environments on time, even within
challenging timeframes and complex logistics.
