Say hello to Edgar 💜

Upcycled lamp base using drip pens and spray paint from the legend rewired with brass fittings, clear plug and switch with lilac cable.

The lampshade has been hand sewn in a dark grape fabric with ombré fringe and different shades of purple trim.

This lamp definitely screams gothic vibes why not add a little darkness to your home decor.

It certainly has been emotional 🥹 and I’ve loved every minute of it even the Sh*te ones, even when the market is quiet and the weather is even worse but it’s the traders that keep you going, they are the ones that always picked you up, make you smile and definitely have a laugh. That’s what I loved the most. The community ❤️

I’ll be forever grateful to have my wee shop that’s let me learn and grow and meet so many amazing people and customers who have definitely become more like pals ❤️

Not gonna lie, I know I’m gonna be an emotional wreck on Sunday, I know some people will think it’s just a wee unit in the Barras calm doon.

Well actually it’s always been so much more to me, it’s where I’ve met some of the most amazing interesting creative people who just get it.

It’s where I’ve made great friendships with traders and customers who I know and so do they your stuck with me 😉 it’s been somewhere for me to chat (a lot) and meet so many fascinating people from all over the world and tell them all the names of my lampshades and why theses pieces are called this.

It’s been somewhere I’ve been able to call my wee shop and be part of something that is so iconic to Glasgow and will always a special place in my heart.

I’ve always struggled to say goodbye to people and places as I get so attached, so if you see me crying please believe me it’s not that I’m sad it’s sentimental 💕

I know this isn’t the end it’s only the beginning. ✨❤️
