I'll tell you a little bit about myself and you can decide.

24 YEARS IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY.
There's 1 reason.

I'm not 1 of these people who did an online gym instructor qualification 1 year ago, did 6 months at Puregym then jumped on the Tiktok bandwagon, built a following and accumulated lots of fake clients because I'm good at marketing or used bots.

That's not me.

I Love training and helping people and i'm good at at it. Thats what I do. For me there's nothing better than making people feel good about themselves whether it's in the form of a body transformation or purely from a mental health point of view. It gives me a lift.

Over the years:

I've managed a gym
I've owned a gym
I do face to face PT
I train other 'trainers'
I train kids
I train 1st timers
I train athletes
I train everyone.

Anyone that knows me or has worked with me knows how passionate I am about exercise and lifestyle. NOT OBSESSIVE, PASSIONATE.

I personally have adopted training regime and plan that allows me to live a normal lifestyle, and that's what I promote to others.

ALL my online clients are currently following my 30 minute workouts and seeing great results. How effective is 30 mins? Look at my pics.

Wee job today in Kirkintilloch. An 8mm Egger laminate completed in hall, livingroom and dining room 🙌 Not one bit of rubbish left behind all removed and tidied up ready for the costumer to move in 😁I hope everyone has a belter of a weekend🍻🥂
