A beautiful blend created to take you back to the White Island of Ibiza at sunset. Nutty vanilla warmth laced with coconut and floral scents topped with a hint of vanilla.

Little secret behind Golden Hour. It was our second blend to ever be made at Hearth and Thistle so it really is at the heart of our collection 🤍

When I came up with the idea of Hearth and Thistle a year ago I knew I didn’t want to follow what other candle brands do and cause lots of wastage with lots of packaging that just goes in the bin. Cue months of sourcing to find eco friendly reusable cotton bags that could be used time and time again from taking the travel candles or jewellery on holiday.

Each bag is individually hand stamped in our studio.

Calm was the first aromatherapy essential oil blend I made over a year ago and one that started the journey into working with luxury oils for candles 🤍

With a soothing blend of Bergamot, Lavender and Ylang Ylang creating a peaceful aroma to unwind!

The idea for Hearth and Thistle never came from an idea to create an aromatherapy candle range but from the love of my dogs. I became so aware how many toxic candles are on the market that I stopped burning candles around the house. Missing the lovely scents I decided over a year ago I would just try see if I could create scents that not only I loved but would be safe around the girls. Over a year later lots of testing, designing, being super picky on every single detail whilst also trying to stay true to wanting to offer products that were also sustainable.

Hearth and Thistle embodies all that is true to the brand scents at the heart of the home like my dogs all handmade in small batches in Bearsden Scotland.

I have even more exciting things coming. Watch this space whilst I go clean the bathroom AGAIN!! 🤍
