Some news that I still can’t quite believe I’m sharing…

I am absolutely delighted, incredibly proud, and a little overwhelmed to announce that my products will now be stocked in the new Discover Scotland by Cobbs shop on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that when I started making candles on my cooker and selling them through an honesty box, one day my products would be available on Scotland’s most famous street.

It’s been an incredible journey. Like so many small businesses, it’s been built one candle at a time, with hard work, determination, plenty of learning along the way, and the support of some wonderful people.
To see something that started as a simple idea grow into a business that is now represented on the Royal Mile is genuinely beyond anything I ever imagined, and it’s one of those moments that makes me stop and appreciate just how far things have come.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to the Cobbs group for having faith in my products, trusting my small business, and for their commitment to supporting Scottish makers and handmade products. Opportunities like this mean so much to small businesses like mine, and I am incredibly grateful.
Edinburgh here we come !!

Today is my last trading day in the decourceys shop.

It’s definitely a day of mixed emotions, but we’re looking ahead with excitement and gratitude for all the support we’ve received.

Thank you for being part of our journey — onwards to the next adventure.
Next market is in Oban 11th & 12th July for the world Clipper race.

After two years of being constantly on my feet, I decided they deserved a treat. I’d been following Emma Jo from the West End Foot Clinic for a long time and loved how she takes the stigma out of foot care, always reassuring people that she’s seen everything before.

Emma Jo treats everyone from rugby and football players to those simply looking for a bit of glitz and glam or a full “foot MOT”. I booked in for laser treatment and it was amazing – my feet now feel like I’m walking on clouds.

I honestly can’t rate Emma Jo highly enough. Her clinic is located on Crow Road at the Partick end of Glasgow, and the care and professionalism were outstanding.

Emma Jo has also designed and created her own range of foot care products called Thirsty, which is a fantastic addition to her expertise in foot health.

If you’ve been putting off looking after your feet, I’d highly recommend paying her a visit. Thank you so much .
