“Ah yes… the mighty Mercedes-AMG.
To some, it’s a masterpiece of engineering… a roaring beast built for speed, power, and adrenaline. 😮‍💨🏎️💨

Car enthusiasts fall hopelessly in love with these machines… and honestly, I can see why. The noise alone sounds like thunder arguing with itself. 😂🔊

But for me?
It’s basically a luxury shopping trolley that arrives at the sofa & cushions shop very quickly. 🛋️🛍️✨

Yes, the car has 700 buttons, 14 driving modes, mood lighting, launch control and enough gadgets to keep my man entertained for HOURS… 🤓🚗
…which works perfectly because it keeps him busy while I’m inside deciding whether the cushions should be cream or “slightly darker cream.” 🤍😂

Fast car? Absolutely.
Dream car? For him, yes.
For me… it’s just shopping in style, darling. 💅😎”

I’m really pleased to share that I’ve recently joined Dandara Jersey as a Property & Office Coordinator 🏡✨

For those who may not know, Dandara Jersey is a leading, award-winning private house builder, creating high-quality homes and communities across the island and in the UK— and I’m now getting a behind-the-scenes look at how it all comes together 👷‍♀️🔑

My property addiction continues — from working with investors in Glasgow to now in Jersey! This role is an exciting new chapter, as it’s my first time working for a house builder… so I’m finally seeing what “from bricks to keys” really looks like (and yes, I need to resist taking photos in every show home, especially the balcony views 😂).

Two weeks in, I’m settling in well, getting to know a brilliant team, and enjoying the chance to see some beautiful homes being rented and sold. Safe to say, I’m right where I want to be 🙌 …though I still have to sell my first Jersey property!

Looking forward to learning more and continuing the journey.

All I need is my phone, my laptop, and focus — and we’re in business.

Every call or email sets things in motion: organising the perfect property project, coordinating trades to fix that urgent leak, arranging staging and interiors, or negotiating an offer. Whether in Scotland or Jersey, I ensure my clients’ properties are sold, tenanted, or transformed with care and precision.

Kitchens ripped out.
Bathrooms stripped back.
Wallpaper torn down.
Old carpets gone.

For a while, it feels like it’s never going to look good again…

Then suddenly — it starts to come together ✨
Fresh interiors. Clean lines. New energy.

And finally… the finishing touches.
Feather-filled cushions, perfectly styled and ready for the chop 🤍

There’s just something about that cushion chop… it feels SO good.

And the best bit?
My very first Jersey Cushions chop 🙌
Definitely the first of many.

Goodbye October — you’ve been spooky, busy, and beautiful 🥂✨

Finished probation early (still pinching myself!), took on new responsibilities, and helped customers find their dream beachside views 🏖️

Outside of work it’s been all about friends, brunches, laughs, and a few too many French Martinis 🍸💃
Oh — and I walked 19,333 steps from St Helier to St Brelade’s… yes, I’m still talking about it 😂

Now happily settled into my new cottage and feeling so grateful for everything this season’s brought.
Here’s to November — may it bring fireworks, joy, and a little more magic 🎆✨

Our best boy Tommy turns 27 today 🥳🎉 and out best girl is 25 on Saturday. 🥰🫶 We are so proud of all they have achieved and all the plans they have for their futures. It’s great that you both still celebrate the birthday week together with friends and family 🤩Wishing you both the best of birthdays, have a fabulous week, enjoy your party and don’t wreck our house too much 😱🏠 🍾
