So, unsurprisingly, it turns out that most people prefer a little warning before strange men start peering in to their windows 🤣

Everyone who has sent me their email address will receive a heads-up the night before we arrive, starting next Monday (26th).

If you'd also like to know when we're planning to descend upon your property just ping me your e-mail address.

🚨 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We’re concerned the heart attacks caused by our unannounced arrivals may eventually start affecting customer retention. 😂

So, in the interest of preserving both your cardiovascular health and our customer base, we’re introducing an email notification service!

If you’d like a heads-up the evening before we arrive to clean your windows, just ping me your email address and I’ll get you added to the list.

That way, you can prepare yourself mentally, warn the dog and avoid any embarrassing moments.

Cleaned a shop window earlier with Christmas decorations already up 😱😱😱!? If I see a Christmas tree in any of your windows before November, you will have to find another window cleaner 😂.

There are boundaries. Christmas in October is one of them. 🎄🤣~ (Joking obvs, you do you!)

This is the time we usually get a lot of gutter cleaning requests. We currently don't have the capacity to do this work due to being up to our eyeballs in window cleaning. However, if you contact Wylies Windows you'll get a service that is second to none. Just do a quick Google search to find his page, it will be the first link.

Hey everyone! Just a quick apology for the slight delay in getting around to some of you. We’ve had a few staffing issues over June and July, which has left us running a little short-handed.

The good news is that we’re now back to full capacity and will be getting around to everyone as quickly as possible! 🙌

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. In the meantime, just keep the curtains closed, avoid looking directly at the windows, and pretend they aren't dirty. We promise we'll be there soon! 😂🪟

The sun’s out, which means every window cleaner’s greatest enemy has returned… direct sunlight ☀️😂

Just a reminder, If you spot any streaks or marks, give me a call/message, we’ll be back out before you’ve even finished complaining to the neighbour. We like to think it never happens… but the sun is a ruthless snitch.

08/03/2026

If I miss your message the first time round, I sincerely apologise!

Please just send a second message — and don’t worry about being polite about it either. It's an opportunity to get your frustrations out 🤣. A good “Oi, you missed my message!” works perfectly.

We’re extremely busy at the moment. Mainly because we’re brilliant at cleaning windows… but equally because we're ridiculously handsome.

We receive E-mails, WhatsApp messages, Facebook messages, phone calls and text messages. It's not an excuse, but messages can slip through the net.

So if you haven’t heard back from me within 48hrs, give me a passive aggressive nudge and I’ll get straight on it.

Huge thanks to everyone who applied for the vacancy — the response was unreal. I’ve kept everyone’s details on file, so if we expand again, you might get the call-up.

To our lovely customers 👀

We’ve got a new start joining the team. This means over the next couple weeks there maybe a few mistakes that slip through the net.

However! Remember you have a 1-week guarantee on every clean. If something’s not right, don’t suffer in silence. Message us. We’ll fix it. No drama.

Also — telling a new start “you’ve missed a bit” is actually helpful. It’s live training. You’re basically part of the academy now.

Appreciate you all.

Your windows will remain smugly superior to your neighbour’s. (Unless we also clean your neighbour's)

Hey everyone! I just want to take a quick moment to apologise for how embarrassingly behind we are. This month's weather has been something else. We'll be back up to speed as soon as we can.

(If anyone wants to do a bit of moonlighting, we've got a spare seat in the car. 🤣)
