We're hiring! Head of Operations
HS-Hire is a fast-growing lighting and rigging rental company supporting a wide range of clients across the entertainment and events industry. We are known for delivering high-quality equipment alongside a consistently high level of service.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the new role of Head of Operations to take ownership of our internal operations and help scale the business effectively.
Based at our facility in East Sussex, BN27, the role encompasses overseeing, managing and developing all operational aspects of the company’s activities. The position takes responsibility for efficiency and profitability across all aspects of the internal operation. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining all operational policies and procedures, on a practical and strategic level. This is a hands-on role managing and developing a small dynamic team and facilitating the continued success of the business.
You will have experience and a proven track record in a senior operations role, preferably within an asset rental environment. You will have in depth knowledge of business functions including supply chain, finance, HR, H&S, customer service and data driven analysis. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt and prioritise a fast evolving, deadline driven workload. You will be a proactive and self-motivated individual, and be numerate and eloquent, with strong IT skills and the energy to make an impact within a growing company.
Salary £50,000 - £55,000 PA.
