Sunday dinner, but make it Thermomix 😍🥔

Honestly… if you’ve got a Thermomix and you haven’t made mashed potato in it yet, I’m pretty sure that should be illegal 😂

The only thing on this plate that I didn’t make in the Thermomix was the roast chicken!

Everything else was done in my TM7 👇🏼

🥔 Peeled the potatoes AND made the mash
🥬 Creamed Savoy cabbage & kale
🥕 Steamed the carrots
🥦 Steamed the broccoli & cauliflower
🧀 Made the cheese sauce
🥞 Made the Yorkshire pudding mix
🟣 Made braised red cabbage
🥣 Made the gravy using Open Cooking mode

And this is exactly why I love having my Thermomix — it’s not just for fancy recipes or complicated meals. It genuinely takes so much faff out of a good old Sunday roast!

And that mash… honestly 🤤 SO good.

If you’ve got a Thermomix and you’ve never made mash in it, go and do it. You can thank me later 😂❤️

If you’re new around here… welcome! 🫶🏼

I thought I’d do a little “who even is she?” because there seem to be quite a few of you joining me lately 😂

I’m Steph 👋🏼

Mum of two, coffee trailer owner, Thermomix addict and generally someone who has about 57 things on the go at once 😂

These days I’m basically always talking about food 😂

Bagels, curry, bread, sauces, cakes, baby food, homemade stock… if it can go in the Thermomix, I’ve probably tried it.

And I love showing people what it can actually do rather than just telling you to “buy one” 😂

I joined Thermomix because I genuinely wanted to make life a bit easier.

I was already cooking loads, but I wanted to make more things from scratch without spending ALL day in the kitchen.

And honestly… I was hooked pretty quickly 😂

I’m also here to show the REAL LIFE side of it.

The things that save me time.
The things my kids actually eat.
The recipes I make over and over.
And occasionally the things that go completely wrong 😂
