I made these DPN (double pointed needle) cozies for Twinkly Knits as part of the ‘Artemis’ sock box launched last month. Now that all the boxes have been received I can post photos without spoiling the surprise!
These are brilliant for keeping the stitches on your needles in between knitting sessions. You bunch the stitches up so that they are between the snaps, put the needles in the cozy and fasten the snaps making it impossible for the stitches to slip off the needles. I can make these in different colours/themes.

March socks just off the needles! These proved a little challenging as I ran out of yarn and had to unravel the toe of a finished sock to match up with the other one. The next challenge was to find a co-ordinating colour to finish the toes. Who knew there were so many shades of grey 🤭 This one looks better in daylight.

Hello February!
I made these knitting project bags for the Twinkly Knits advent calendar 2025. I’ve made the bags for several years now and I enjoy the challenge of coming up with fabrics and colours that meet the theme of the year. First post of 2026, January is flying by!

I’m setting myself a couple of challenges this year which I’m going to share here

1. Knit a pair of socks a month

2. Knit a pair of fingerless mittens a month

3. Work from stash as far as possible, only buy more supplies for specific projects/orders.

I’ve finished the first pair of socks, they seemed to take forever to knit as they’re to fit shoe size 11-13.

Hand knitted socks are an essential part of my wardrobe at this time of year, I’ve always got cosy toes when wearing them 🧦
