Right, we need you to settle this one for us…

Mr Cameron was walking through B&M this morning and spotted something that caught him slightly off guard…

The Christmas range is already coming out. In August.

And he has opinions.

Mr Cameron is firmly in the “Christmas does NOT start until Halloween is over” camp.

But are we being stubborn, or should we as a shop just embrace the fact that Christmas seems to start earlier every year?

So we’re putting it to you:

YES — Bring on Christmas!
Get the stock out and let people start early.

NO — Not yet!
Give Halloween its moment first.

And if you're saying not yet, when do you think Christmas should start appearing in shops?

After Halloween? Mid-November? December?

Can our wonderful community help us collect some blank cards for Mickey and Ryan?

Mickey is a very dear friend and valued customer of Cameron’s Crafts. Sadly, last year Micky lost her husband and Ryan lost his dad. Every week Ryan writes his dad hundreds of cards that he then posts to his dad in heaven. Ryan is severely autistic and this helps him deal with the loss of his dad. Mickey would like him to be able to continue writing messages and letters to his dad but she is having a tough time sourcing the number of cards to keep supporting Ryan with this.

We are collecting blank greeting cards with envelopes so Ryan can write down his thoughts, memories and messages whenever he feels he would like to speak to him.

The cards do not need to be expensive or fancy—just blank inside so Ryan can fill them with his own words. Every card donated will give him another special opportunity to write to his dad.

Donations can be dropped off at Cameron’s Crafts during our opening hours.
