New project in Greenhill Otford involving a very involved Garage conversion of an older property opening up into the kitchen to create a lovely large Family kitchen. Front of garage to be rebuilt partially with a bay window created. Extremely involved structural works to support floors above. Work with Gas & electricity suppliers for meters to be moved externally. Road had to be closed to enable. Move position of boiler & hot water tank.
Complete rewire, move manholes plus other drainage replacements plus replace water main out to road.
Completely dig out floor to enable insulated under floor heating to go in & new sub floor construction upto latest building regulations. Lots of unexpected issues we have come across but knowing how to get over them is the most important thing!

First fix wiring now complete. External repointing complete by others now & chimneys repaired. Replace gutters next, complete plastering then onto tiling the complete ground floor before kitchen arrives plus lots of other bits to do. Then scaffold down soon ready to start external works plus repairs & works on garage now added on.
