The only time this may change is if i have to use a different supplier from time to time. I will do my best where packaging for delivery is concerned but by the nature of the material of the product your item may snap in transit but this will not affect the fragrance. I recommend that you keep your melts in original packaging but also in an air tight container once opened, do not mix fragrances as one could taint the other. These fragrances are duplicates and should not be mixed up with the original, this is not my intent. These items contain fragrance oils which should be stored and used correctly.
