The Role:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Shop Manager to lead our team and bring the Rhubarb vision to life every day. If you have a flair for creativity, a love for all things home décor, and a knack for exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment. Delight our customers with personalized service and product recommendations.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and manage a team of passionate sales associates. Foster a fun and motivated work atmosphere.
• Visual Merchandising: Bring our quirky product range to life through imaginative and appealing store displays.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage orders, and ensure the store is well-stocked and beautifully presented.
• Sales & Targets: Drive sales and meet targets, while always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Community Engagement: Plan and execute in-store events and promotions that align with our brand’s unique personality.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven retail management experience, preferably in home décor or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• A keen eye for design and a passion for home décor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed.
