Once you see what a building does to the people who actually use it…
you can’t unsee it.
Season Two opens with a conversation that redefines architecture —
not as a profession, but as responsibility.
Schools. Clinics. Communities.
Design that isn’t about attention — but about impact.
I think this episode might change how you see your own work.
Coming very soon.

3,000 designers. 40 countries. One architect who just couldn’t stop asking questions. 🌍

Episode 06 is coming — and this one hits different.
ai.aec built a movement out of a frustration most of us quietly carry. He saw architects drowning in repetitive work, tools that existed but nobody was teaching, and a gap between what school prepares you for and what practice actually demands.

So he did something about it.

We talked about: ↳ Why you should start with the problem — not the tool ↳ What Studio Lotus taught him that no AI can replace ↳ Building StageLens AI for Indian real estate — cultural intelligence and all ↳ The honest truth about what AI actually does to your skill level ↳ Why the “AI will replace architects” story is just lazy

And the line that’s going to live in my head rent-free:

“AI amplifies whatever skill level you bring to it. If you don’t have the foundations, it just makes your confusion faster and more polished.”

Episode 06 dropping soon. You don’t want to miss this one. 🎙️

Save this post. Tag the architect in your life who needs to hear it.

I started this as a solo experiment.

Just me, a microphone, and a very strong opinion that AI was about to change everything we thought we knew about architecture and design.

I genuinely did not know if anyone would listen.

But something beautiful is happening.

People from around the world are showing up. A computational designer and robotic fabrication researcher from the Netherlands. A registered architect from Hyderabad designing buildings in Canada from his desk in India. A 3D visualiser and interior designer working on luxury penthouses in Dubai. All of them — at completely different points in their careers, on completely different continents — saying the same thing:

AI is not coming for architecture. AI is already here. And the question is no longer whether we engage with it — it’s how.

Season One of The Geeks Design Studio has been the most unexpected, most humbling, most exciting thing I have built.

Not because of me.

Because of the people who said yes. Who shared their journeys, their workflows, their honest opinions, their failures and their breakthroughs. Who trusted this little podcast with their real thoughts.

And because of you — the listeners. The designers, architects, students, researchers, and curious minds who keep showing up every episode and make this feel like a real community and not just a microphone talking into the void.

We are just getting started.

Season One is still going — and if you have a perspective on AI in design that the world needs to hear, my DMs are open. This community is yours too.

My friend looked me dead in the eyes and said —

“AI is garbage. And we are losing real talent because of it.”

She’s an architect. Five years of school. Two years in practice. One of the most talented designers I know.

And honestly?

She’s not entirely wrong. 🫣

Episode 02 of The Geeks Design Studio is the conversation I wasn’t brave enough to have in Episode 01.

The one that’s happening in every studio, every university, every WhatsApp group — but never in the polished LinkedIn posts.

We’re talking about:
↳ The real danger of AI in architecture (and it’s not what you think)
↳ Why I was sitting in the office at 11 PM updating a door width and had a full breakdown
↳ The 3 things Episode 01 didn’t tell you about AI and craft
↳ What I actually said back to her. Over chai. 🍵

This is not a hype episode. This is the honest one.

Colour as Urban Identity.
In a city dominated by brick and stone, these façades use rhythm, depth, and chromatic layering to redefine the streetscape.
Grid vs. perforation.
Mass vs. lightness.
Monochrome restraint vs. bold expression.
Architecture here isn’t just enclosure — it’s atmosphere.

Geeks Design Studio is a next-generation architectural and computational design firm founded by Ar. Divya Goel, dedicated to bridging the gap between visionary experimentation and commercial reality. Founded on the principles of Parametricism and AI-driven workflows, we specialize in creating intelligent, data-informed spaces that are as efficient as they are aesthetically groundbreaking.

Our expertise spans from large-scale vertical urbanism to high-end bespoke interiors, powered by a sophisticated tech stack including Rhino, Grasshopper, and Machine Learning. We don’t just design buildings; we develop complex systems. By utilizing game-based urban models and latent space navigation, we optimize density and massing to ensure maximum ROI for developers while maintaining high standards of livability and environmental responsiveness.

With a deep foundation in advanced 3D animation, AR/VR, and real-time rendering, Geeks Design Studio offers an unparalleled immersive experience, allowing clients to inhabit their spaces before a single brick is laid. We are “Geeks” by nature—coding the future of architecture through computational rigor and technological innovation.

The concept is inspired by the bustling street food markets
of Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, and Hong Kong,
where traditional street food is combined with innovative
dishes to create modern and creative recipes.

These markets foster a stimulating environment that
encourages culinary experimentation, resulting in the
continuous evolution and fusion of Asian cuisine.
